Chicken Noodle Soup in the Crockpot

Ingredients
1 lbs of boneless chciken3 med carrots diced3 medium celery stalks - diced1 medium onion - dicedthyme, bay leafdillparsleypepper5 cups of low sodium chicken broth2 cups of wheat egg noodles
Directions
Place all ingredients in the crockpot, except the noodles and set on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours. Check half way through to make sure you have enough broth, if not add more.

Cook the noodles according to package on the side to prevent to much starch in your soup. I didn't include the noodles in the calculation, since you can just add a few in your bowl. The average noodle is 210 calories for 3/4's of a cup.

Serve with a side salad and enjoy!
