I white cooking onionJerk Marinade by Grace2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts.Ginger paste.(Ginger paste is garlic 3 parts and ginger root 1 part, crushed)
Slice onion in 1/4" rounds. Lay on tin foil in baking pan. Put Chicken breasts on top of onion. Using about 1.5 tsp's of ginger paste. Spread on both breasts. Add 1.5 Tbsp's Jerk Marinade on top of ginger paste over each breast. Fold over Tin Foil loosely and bake at 350 degree's for about an hour. When cooked cube chicken divide onion and add 1/2 Cup of water to foil letting the left overs combine. Pour 1/2 the flavored water over each breast.. Makes 2 servings. ENJOY!!!
