Sirloin Roast w/vegetables

Ingredients
1 Sirloin beef roast2-3 potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes3-4 carrots, peeled and cut into quarters, 2" long1 onion, quartered1C water
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350. Put roast into roasting pan with onion and water. Put in oven and cook for 60-90 minutes. Add potatoes and carrots and continue cooking until roast is done (another 60-90 minutes is best).
