3 cubic inch block soft or silken tofu1/2 cup almond milk1 banana1/3 cup frozen blueberries (never fresh)1/3 cup frozen strawberries (fresh okay)1 T. Hemp or flaxseed oil 2 T. Ground Flax seed5 ice cubes

drop it in the blender and blend until smooth. Makes two servings
