2 slices Rudi's Light Jewish Rye Bread1 prebaked organic tofu cutlet (or 2 halves)1 tablespoon Follow your heart vegenaise1/4 cup sauerkraut
Preheat the cutlets in a skillet.
Spread the bread with vegenaise. (Or substitute Thousand Island dressing)
Layer the sauerkraut and tofu cutlets.
Close sandwich.
Spread both sides of the sandwich lightly with Earth Balance Buttery Spread.
Grill in a hot skillet.
