Greek Chicken with Capers

* Orzo Pasta, 1 cup * Chicken Breast, no skin, 12 ounces * Mrs. Dash (R) Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend, 3 tsp * Capers, canned, 2 tbsp, drained * *Lemon Juice, .5 lemon yields * Olive Oil, 2 tbsp * Garlic, 2 tsp * *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .5 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" * Great Value Manzanilla Green Olives 5 Olives, 2 serving Cooking Spray
Cook orzo according to package.
Combine seasoning, capers, lemon juice, olive oil, and garlic. Set aside.
Heat a nonstick skillet and spray with cooking spray. Add chicken and cook until done. Set aside and keep warm.
Add bell pepper and green onions, sautee one minute. Add olives, return chicken to pan. Toss caper mixture and stir.
Serve chicken mixture over the orzo.
