Directions
bring cream and splenda to a boil, add lemon juice and zest, cool, put into 2 ramekins, chill for 2-3 hours.

    Thanks for suggesting this recipe with stevia, it saves a lot of calories and it is in much smaller portions (lack of sugar bulk!). I've been making lemon posset for years and this is how I'll do it in future. I often use limes instead of lemons. Cheers! - 4/5/16
