Spicy Sausage Breakfast Casserole

*Potatoes, hashed brown, frozen, plain, unprepared, 1 package (12 oz) Jimmy Dean HOT Pork Sausage, 6 serving Baby bell peppers (1/2 cup) - Yellow, Orange, RedEgg, fresh, 8 large Cheddar Cheese, .5 cup, shredded salt and pepper to taste
Grease 9x13 pan. Spread hashbrowns in bottom of pan.
Saute the sausage with bell peppers. Spread cooked sausage mixture over the potatoes. Combine eggs with salt and pepper and pour over the sausage and potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese.
Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
Bake at 350, covered with foil for 20 minutes and then uncovered for an additional 20 minutes.
