Spicy "Mexicanish" style Baked Pork Chops

Ingredients
* Water, tap, 1.5 cup (8 fl oz) * *Canned corn, 1.75 cup * Beans, black, 1.75 cup * Tomato Sauce, 1 cup * Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz) * *Old El Paso Chopped Green Chilis, 8 tbsp * *crushed red pepper flakes, 0.5 tsp * *Ground Cumin, 0.5 tsp * *Garlic Powder, .5 tsp * *Onion Powder, .5 tsp * *Black Pepper, ground, .5 tsp * *Pork, fresh, loin, top loin (chops), boneless, separable lean and fat, raw, 4 chop, excluding refuse (yield from Lime Juice (from bottle) 3 tsp
Directions
preheat oven to 350
mix all the spices in a small bowl
sprinkle 1/4 tsp lime juice on one side of pork chop, sprinkle 1/2 tsp of spice mixture "tenderize" with fork , flip pork chop repeat, do this with all 4 pork chops
layer in bottom of 9x11 glass baking dish
in colander dump corn, beans and chili's rinse to lower sodium
pour mixture over pork chops
pour over tomato sauce and paste, add water to cans to get all of the sauce/paste out
sprinkle 1 tsp of lime juice over mixture and then the remainder of the spices
cook uncovered in oven for 80 min
