turkey bacon fried rice

Ingredients
1 chopped medium onion1 tsp minced garlic4 slices turkey bacon chopped up2 cups cooked rice2 cups frozen asian style stir fry veggies2 sliced up hot peppershalf tsp of tamari soy and dark soy/hoisin 1/4 tsp steak seasoning/black pepper2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Heat oil over medium heat in a large wok style pan. Add onions. Fry a few minutes. Add garlic and turkey bacon. Fry several minutes. Then add veggies and hot peppers.
Finally the cooked rice. Fry several minutes mixing well while adding all the condiments. Cover lid for few minutes. Meanwhile quickly scramble eggs in a small non stick pan. Add to fried rice on top. Ready! Serves about 6 servings.
