Egg Salad, healthiest version

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Egg Beaters, cooked and chopped2 Tbsp. red onion, finely chopped2 Tbsp. celery, finely chopped1 tsp. dried parsley flakes, lightly crushed2 packets SplendaDash of paprika
Directions
Mix ingredients together and serve as is or put on bread for a sandwich. Makes about 1 1/2 cups (14 oz.) and serves 6 1/4 cup servings (not exact).
