Chocolate Oatmeal Smoothie

Ingredients
1 small banana1/4 cup quick oats1 scoop protein powder1 cup light chocolate soy milk
Directions
Break banana into small pieces and put into blender. Add one scoop of protein powder. I use Apex Fit Max vanilla powder because one scoop is only 90 calories. Add 1/4 cup quick oats. Cover mixture with 1 cup light chocolate soy milk. Blend and enjoy!
Makes 1 large smoothie.
