Ingredients
1 (1.5lb) package of chicken tenders2 cups Hunts All Natural Tomato Ketchup2 tbsp brown sugar1 tbsp honey2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce2 tbsp balsamic vinegar2 tsp yellow mustard1 tsp garlic powder1 small onion, chopped
Directions
Rinse the chicken tenders and place them in the bottom of a crock pot. Top with the chopped onions.

In another bowl whisk together all other remaining ingredients to make the BBQ sauce. Pour half of the sauce over the chicken and stir to coat well. Place the other half of the sauce in the refridgerator.

Cook in the crock pot on high for about 2 hours, or until chicken is done. Remove the chicken and shred. (I like to whiz mine in the food processor) Return the chicken to the crock pot and add remaining sauce. Continue to cook on low for another two hours or until ready to serve.

Serve on whole wheat buns for a BBQ chicken sandwhich.
Makes enough filling for 12 sandwhiches, if you fill each each sandwhich with about 1/4-1/3 cup of bbq chicken mixture.
