Ingredients
5 cups vegetable broth2 cups chopped zucchini 1 cup chopped celery 1 cup chopped tomatoes1 cup cauliflower and/or broccoli florets 1/2 cup green beans1/2 cup chopped carrots1/2 cup chopped onions3 tsp garlic 1 tsp black pepper 5 cups water
Directions
Combine all ingredients in either a crock-pot or on stovetop. Cook on medium to low heat for at least 2 hours.
