Coconut balls

Ingredients
1- 8oz pk softened cream cheese1- Cup chopped walnuts1-2 Tbsp Orange juice1/2 - tsp Vanilla extract1/2 Cup brown sugar1 - tsp. Orange zest1 - cup coconut (toasted)
Directions
Once the cream cheese is soft and the coconut is toasted-mix all ingredients together EXCEPT THE COCONUT. add only about half to the mixture. set the other half aside. cover the mixture and chill for 2 hours.... Once it is chilled form it into about 1" balls and roll in the remaining coconut. place in a sealable container and keep refrigerated.
