Mushroom Stroganoff

Ingredients
1 pint of sour cream, reduced fat1 can of healthy request cream of mushroom soup1 onion, diced or sliced1 tbsp butter2 8oz packs of mushrooms, slicedsalt+pepper to taste*Pasta or rice, cooked. Not included in Nutrition
Directions
Saute mushrooms and onions in butter until soft
Add cream of mushroom, stir to combine. Add sour cream and water to desired consistency.

Serve over egg noodles or brown rice (not included in nutrition information)
