Ingredients
1 Bunch Broccoli (about 1 lb)5 Cups water3 chicken Boullon cubes1 cup small pasta (ditalini)1/4 tsp pepper1 cup low fat ricotta cheese
Directions
cook chopped broccoli in large pot with water ..cook until brocoli is tender...bout 30 minutes ...stir in 1 cup pasta and pepper and bring to a boil ...then reduce to medium heat and cook uncovered until pasta is done about 10 minutes ...remove from heat and stir in ricotta cheeese and serve ... serves 6 people
