Cucumber slicesAvocado slicesCrab meat (imitation ok)Ground GingerWasabi mustardTobiko
Directions
Slice a cucumber into thin slices. With or without skin is your preference. On a slice of cucumer add a thin slice of fresh avocado, a thin layer of Tobiko, a small piece of crab meat. Sprinkle on a little bit of ground ginger and a dab of wasabi mustard. Top with another cucumber slice. Chill and serve.
