- Number of Servings: 6
Ingredients
Directions
1.5 cup Yogurt, plain, whole milk2 tbsp. Saco cultured buttermilk powder1 tbsp. Plain water, tap or filtered1/4 cup Dried minced onion flakesSalt, pepper, garlic granules to taste
Combine all ingredients, refrigerate for at least an hour so that the onions can plump up.
Serving size is 1/4 cup (4 tbsp.)
I like eating this as a dip (baby carrots, mmm), or I thin it with a little water and use it as a salad dressing. Less than 1/2 the calories as the same quantity of my favorite bleu cheese dressing!
