Rumbamel's Pepperjack Cornbread

Ingredients
-1 pouch of Betty Crocker's Cornbread & Muffin mix-1 can, 4oz, of diced green chiles-.75 oz shredded pepperjack cheese-1 med. egg-1/3 C skim milk (fat free)
Directions
--Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl and pour into desired container and cook according to package directions. I used my round silicone baking dish at 400 degrees for 16-18 min.. If using a silicone dish, make sure to but a solid cookie sheet underneath.

--Makes 8 servings.
