Low Fat Brownies

3/4 cup flour1/3 cup cocoa powder1/2 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt2 oz unsweetened baking chocolate2 tbsp butter2 tbsp low fat sour cream1 tbsp fat free chocolate syrup2 tsp vanilla extract1/3 cup liquid eggs1 cup sugar
Melt baking chocolate and butter together in microwave on medium power. Allow to cool.
Whisk together flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
When chocolate/butter mixture is cool, stir in sour cream, chocolate syrup, vanilla, liquid eggs and sugar. Fold in dry ingredients.
Spread mixture in 8" x 8" pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes.
