Ingredients
2 cups Martha White Buttermilk Self-Rising White Corn Meal mix 1 large egg 1 1/3 cups Non-Fat Milk Lactose Free 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 450F. Spray a cupcake pan with cooking spray. Combine all ingredients. Fill cups 2/3rds full. Bake at 450F 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown. Makes 12 muffins.
