200g Egg Noodles100g Beansprouts1cup Chopped Bell Pepper3Tbsp Soy Sauce340g Diced Turkey2Tbsp Chili Powder1Tbsp Olive Oil
1) Put 1tbps of oil into a frying pan, put on low heat.
2) chop red bell pepper into small cubes and partially cook.
3) whilst waiting for peppers to cook dice your turkey into bite size cubes.
4) Add beansprouts ton peppers in frying pan and fry for 5mins, when beansprouts are partially cooked add turkey.
5) whilst turkey, beansprouts and peppers are cooking add 2tbsp of chilli powder and 3tbsp of soy sauce and continue to cook.
6) Finaly add the egg noodles and stir fry the mix together, after 5-6mins the stirfry is ready to eat.
