1 small container any flavor lite yogurt1 8oz container Cool Whip free1 angel food cake, premade
Slice the cake in half horizontally taking off the top of the cake.
Combine the small yogurt with the container of cool whip. "Frost" the bottom layer of cake and replace the top half on top. Continue frosting the whole cake. chill, slice and serve.
