Buttermilk Chocolate Chip Cake

Ingredients
2 cups flour1 cup sugar1 tsp each baking soda and baking powder1/2 tsp salt3/4 cup buttermilk3 large eggs1/4 cup canola oil2 tsp vanilla extract1/2 tsp almond extract8 oz chocolate chips
Directions
Serves 12

Heat oven to 350 F. Coat an 81/2 x41/2" loaf pan with nonstick spray. Line bottom and long sides with wax paper; spray paper.

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in large bowl. Whisk buttermilk, eggs, oil and extracts in a medium bowl; stir into flour mixture until blended. Fold in chocolate chips.

Pour into prepared pan. Bake 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center come out clean. cool in pan on wire rack 10 minutes. Remove from pan; put cake right side up on rack to cool.
