Great Grandmas Pigs in a Blanket ( Crock Pot Cabbage Rolls)

Ingredients
Directions
1 cup white rice (water maid brand)1 lb ground beef2 jars Franks Quality Kraut (NOT Bavarian)garlic saltpepper3 full butterfly chops (or chops of your choice)1 head Cabbage (soak in hot water for easier separation of leaves)
Soak 1 cup white rice in water over night.
Drain rice in the morning and mix with 1 lb ground beef (raw)
Add garlic salt and pepper to taste.
Roll into cabbage leafs.
Layer in crock starting and ending with sauer kraut.
Put one layer of pork chops on top of everything.
Cook 8-10 hours on Low. (with 1st hour on high-optional)
