Spicy Black Bean Soup

Ingredients
5 plum tomatoes1 can black beans - drain them1 can veg. broth1/2 cup cilantro3 tbs. lime juice1 tsp. chipotle chili spice1/2 tsp. cumin1 cup corn1 avocado - chopped1/4 cup red onion - choppedsour cream and taco chips (optional)
Directions
My friend Sarah's recipe

1. PUREE: tomatoes, cilantro, lime juice, spices and 1/2 the can of beans.
2. Add remaining beans, avocado, red onion, broth, corn into the bowl with the puree and mix it up - gives it a nice chunky texture.
3. Cover and let sit in fridge for 1 hour - must do this!
4. Microwave or eat cold. Put a little sour cream on top or crumble a few chips into
it. Add a little more chipotle spice to each bowl if you like - it's super hot!
