chocolate cream cheese tart

Ingredients
3 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted in microwave3 T milk3 tsp sugar1/4 cup low fat cream cheese, softened6 oz Cool Whip topping, thawed6 mini graham cracker pie cruststart cherries (pie cherries) canned
Directions
Melt chocolate chips in microwave, stir in milk. Cream together sugar and cream cheese, fold in chocolate, stir. Fold mixture into cool whip, stir until blended. Spoon chocolate/cool whip mixture into mini graham cracker crusts. Set on cookie sheet, freeze for about 4 hours. Serve plain or garnished with tart cherries. Makes six servings.
