Vegetable Curry

Ingredients
4 potatoes, diced and pealed1 onion, chopped, 1 red pepper, chopped2 carrots diced, chopped1 can diced tomatoes6 oz. tomato paste3/4 cup water2 tbsp. curry powder2 tsp/ cumin1/2 tsp. garlic powder1/2 tsp. salt3 cups cauliflower florets10 oz. frozen peas
Directions
Place the potatoes, onion, pepper, carrots, and tomatoes in a crock pot. Stir in the tomato paste, water, curry powder, cumin, garlic powder and salt. Mix well and add the cauliflower. Cover. Cook o low fro 8 to 9 hours. Sir in peas just before serving. Serve with basmati rice.
