Milk, 1%, 16 fl oz*Rader Farms Frozen Three Berry Mix, 1 cup Granulated Sugar, 6 tsp designer whey protein powder, 1 serving
Directions
Add milk, frozen fruit sugar and 1 scoop of whey protein powder to blender and blend until thick and smooth. Makes 4 8oz servings.
