low carb chicken fried steak w/onion gravy

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds cubed steak 1/4 cup soy flour1 tbsp pepper1 tsp salt or Mrs Dash3 tbsp shorteninggravy: 1/2 cup onion3/4 cup heavy cream3/4 cup 2% milk1 tbsp pepper3 tbsp soy flour
Directions
Mix 1/4 c soy flour with salt and 1 tbsp pepper. Press the cubed steak in the soy flour mixture. Heat shortening in the skillet over high heat. Fry cubed steaks 2-3 min per side until golden brown. Remove to a platter and keep warm. Add the onion to the skillet with the shortening and brown it. Add 3 tbsp soy flour, 1 tbsp pepper, milk and cream and reduce heat to low. Continue stirring until think. Serve over the cubed steak.
