Less crust quiche with low-fat cheese, fake ham and some veggies

Ingredients
Pie Crust - Robin Hood (double), .39 serving (less than half a single crust, rolled thin)Yves 'Ham' slices 3 slices choppedchaliberg light swiss, 175-200 gram(s) shreddedMushrooms, fresh, 3 large Onions, raw, 1 tbsp choppedolive oil for sautéeMilk, 1%, .3 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 200 mLherbs, salt, pepper
Directions
Roll crust thinly. Half of grated cheese on bottom, add cooked, seasoned veggies and chopped fake ham, then pour milk and egg mixture over it and top with remaining grated cheese. Bake 450F 10-15 minutes then reduce to 350F for 25-35 minutes or until set. Cool slightly before cutting. Serves 8
