Whole Wheat Bread (better homes and garden recipe)

Ingredients
1 3/4 cup warm water3 1/2 cup all purpose flour2 cup wheat flour1/3 cup brown sugar3 tbsp olive oil1 1/4 tsp salt1 packet yeast8 tsp vital wheat glutten
Directions
using bread machine on dough setting, put ingredients in the following order: water, oil, sugar, salt, wheat flour, all purpose flour, 1 packet yeast, 8 tsp vital wheat gluten. set on dough setting to mix. once timer has elapsed, remove dough, divide into 2 loaves. Flatten each into 8 x 4 inch rectangle. roll jelly roll style, sealing as its rolled together. Place in prepared 8 x 4 inch bread pans, spray with canola, cover and let rise for 1 hour or until double. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. yeild: 2 loaves, 12 servings each. freezes well.
