Pasta Pizza!

Ingredients
*Barilla Penne Pasta 8oz uncookedTomato Sauce, 2 cupParmesan Cheese, grated, 1 cup Milk, nonfat, 0.5 cup*Flour, white, 0.25 cup*First Street Cheddar Jack Cheese, 1 cupMozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 3 oz Black Olives, chopped, 0.5 CupOnions, raw, 0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia)
Directions
Cook pasta. Add Parmesan, Milk and Flour. Spread over greased baking pan and cook at 350 degrees.

When firm, remove. Spread pizza sauce, olives, chopped onions, and any other topings, then add remaining cheeses.

Cook again till cheese begins to brown, allow to sit several minutes and serve.
