Egg Salad

Ingredients
- 3 Hard boiled eggs- 1 small celery stalk, chopped- 2 tbsp Nayonaise- 2 tsp yellow mustard- salt- pepper- paprika
Directions
Boil eggs for 10 min. Let cool. Peel eggs and chop. Add chopped celery, nayonaise, mustard, salt, pepper and paprika, to taste. Mix together. Makes 3 servings.
