Grouper Filletts2 tlbs Extra Virgin Olive OilMrs. Dash Lemon Pepper Seasoning
1. Heat up BBQ
2. Rinse Fish under cold water
3. In a dish or baggie put the olive oil and fish, shake or coat with oil
4. Lay out a large piece of foil- add fish then sprinkle with seasoning, close the foil in the shape of a tent around the fish so it steams while cooking.
5. Put on the bbq grill, with heat turned to low.
after 10 minutes check the fish, if it is flaking then it's ready, if not let it cook an additional 5 minutes. Be careful not to over or undercook.
Remove from grill and enjoy
