Ingredients
8 - Leaves Romain1 - Cucumber (medium)1 - Tomato1/2 C - Red Onion1/2 C - Crumbled reduced fat Feta Cheese2 Tbs - Olive Oil2 Tbs - Lemon Juice1 tsp - Dried Oregano Leaves1/2 tsp - Salt
Directions
8 - Leaves Romain - torn into bite size pieces
1 - Cucumber (medium) peeled, seeded & sliced
1 - Tomato, Chopped
1/2 C - Red Onion Sliced
1/2 C - Crumbled reduced fat Feta Cheese
2 Tbs - Olive Oil
2 Tbs - Lemon Juice
1 tsp - Dried Oregano Leaves
1/2 tsp - Salt
Combine the lettuce, cucumber, tomato, onion and cheese in a large bowl.
Whisk together the oil, lemon juice, oregano and salt in a small bowl. Pour over the lettuce misture and toss until coated.
Makes about 4 - 1 C servings or 2 - 2 C servings
