Ingredients
Spinach, frozen, 16 Oz*Raw Toor dal - 1 cup*Tomato raw (whole, medium 2 3/5"), Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp Salt, 1 tsp (remove)Garlic, 2 clove
Directions
Boil Toor daal with two cups of water and salt
Heat oil, add onions and let it be brown
add garlic
add tomato and cook till tomato is mushy
