3 eggs4oz plain white flour8oz milk 1 tsp salt6 tsp oil
mix eggs flour salt and milk with a hand blender so it becomes like pouring batter, put 1/2 tsp oil into 12 bun tin heat oil at 200c for 5 mins or untill smoking then pour batter into each tin cook for 30 mins serve on the side with roast beef or as a started with gravy
