Parmesan Oven Fries

2 large baking potatoes1/4/ tsp dried thyme1/8 /tsp black pepper1/2 Tbsp olive oilcooking spray1/4 cup grated parmesan1/4 tsp salt
Cut potatoes lengthwise into thick wedges. Pat dry. Place in bowl. Add thyme and pepper toss well. Drizzle oil and toss again. Arrange in single layer on baking sheet covered with cooking spray. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle evenly with salt and cheese. Bake 10 more minutes until tender and brown.
