Tommy's Curry Chicken Dinner

Ingredients
Boneless skinless chicken breastspotatoespeascorncarrotsriceHomepride Classic CurryOptional Apples and coconut
Directions
Cook diced chicken breasts in none stick frying pan until done. Set aside. Do not add any spices or salt.
Cook rice and keep separate.
Boil diced potatoes and set aside when cooked.
In large pot add vegetables , curry sauce and chicken . On medium heat slowly bring to a slow boil, lower heat and add potatoes and heat for 5 more minutes.
Serve on a bed of rice.
Can be topped with diced apples and or coconut.
Serve with french bread or pappadums.
This recipe may be made with any kind of vegetables you have on hand and also made without chicken, vegetarian style.
This dish is spicy but kids love it too.
