Ingredients
Fruit Blend for Smoothies, 0.75 cup (remove)Orange Juice, 1 cup (remove)*Skim Milk, 1 cup (remove)*Dannon fat free plain yogurt, .25 cup (remove)*Pineapple, canned, 2 slice or ring (3" dia) with liquid (remove)Banana, fresh, 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) (remove)Extra ToppingWhipped Heavy Cream Sugar Free, 2 tbsp (remove)Splenda to Taste
Directions
Place everything into blender for 10-20 seconds and enjoy. Add Splenda to taste. Top with fat free heavy cream for just 20 more calories.
