Dough21/2 cups flour2 tsp yeast1 1/4 water between 120 to 130 degrees1 tsp salt1 tablespoons sugar2 Tablespoons oil1/2 pack of 135 gram package vanilla cook and serve pudding1 cup packed brown sugar1/3 cup pecans1/3 cup butter2 tablespoons corn syrup
Makes 8 one cup servings
Put first 6 ingredients together to make the dough. Kneed well. Let rise 15 min, punch down, let rise 15 min punch down then roll in golf ball size buns. Place in bundt pan and mix the next three ingredients together and sprinkle over the top. Melt the butter and put the corn syrup with the melted butter. Pour over the buns. let rise 1 hour and bake 25 min on 30.
