1C flour1.25C corn meal2T sugar2t baking powder.5t salt1 egg1Cmilk4T melted butter
Directions
add dry ingredients, add wet ingredents. Mix together dry into wet. grease muffin pan w\cooking spray. pre heat oven to 450. cook for 5 on bottom shelf. lower temp to 400 raise to top shelf cook for 12 minutes. flip muffins out of pan ASAP
