Lap-band Friendly: Morning Cleansing Juice

Ingredients
1 inch piece of ginger root 2 cups of spinach1/2 cucumber; peeled3 medium carrots1 medium beet1 medium apple (seeded)
Directions
Make sure to wash all of your fruits and vegetables very well. Scrub the beets with a brush, these guys are usually filthy, muddy.

Cut to fit in juicer. Make sure that you remove the seeds from the apples as they contain trace amounts of cyanide.

Mix all juices well and pour into fancy glasses. Enjoy
