Easy Collard Greens

Ingredients
1 pound collard greens, washed, cut into 1 inch strips1 medium sweet onion2 ounces chopped ham1 Teaspoon Caldo de Tomate Bullion
Directions
soften onion in heavy pan in olive oil
add ham and brown
deglaze pan with water
add bullion
Add greens
cover and simmer 30 minutes
Remove lid and simmer off most of the liquid over low heat
Enjoy!
