Turkey Pot Pie

1 pie shell pre-baked kroger packageLeftover cooked, roughly chopped turkey 2 cups diced potatoes (large chunks)1 carrot, 1 stalks celery, 1/4 onion, and 2 cloves garlic, choppedfrozen green beans, 1 cup4 cups mashed potatoes1.5 cups turkey gravy
chop and saute carrot, celery, onion, garlic until tender
chop (large chunks) and saute potatoes until tender
cut up turkey meat into large chunks
make mashed potatoes and turkey gravy
Place pie shell in a pie pan
Layer: turkey, potatoes, green beans, and other veggies in pie shell
Cover with turkey gravy
cover with mashed potatoes
Bake at 375 for 45-50 minutes. 8 servings (feeds four in our house).
