4 Eggs , beatenPinch of Salt1 can evaporated milk (2%)1 cup milk (2%)1/2 cup Splenda2 t vanilla extractNutmeg
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place 6 custard cups in a large roasting pan and set aside. Whisk together eggs, milk, evaporated mil, Splenda, vanilla and salt. Divide amoung custard cups and add some nutmeg to the top of each custard cup. Pour enough hot water into the roasting pan to come up 1/2 way up the sides of the custard cups. Bake 25-35 minutes until the custard is just set in the center. Remove from roasting pan and cool. Serve chilled Makes 6 servings
