Slow Cooker Bread Pudding

Ingredients
2 large eggs, beaten2 1/3 c. evaporated milk (2% or nonfat)1 1/2 tsp vanilla1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp salt1 1/4 cups of cubed bread (7 grain) 3/4 cup of kellogs all-bran cereal1/3 cup crushed walnuts1/3 cup raisins1/3 cup shredded coconut1/2 Cup Brown Sugar Twin
Directions
Turn on Crockpot to high, grease inside with butter or oil.

Beat eggs, combine wet ingredients and add nuts, bread, cereal and rest of dry ingredients. Mix well. Pour into greased crockpot and cook 3-4 hours or until knife stuck in middle comes out clean. Serves 5.
