Directions
Cook chicken in a skillet, oven, or microwave with your choice of low fat options. Make sure the chicken is cooked all the way through, brush with hot sauce, and then slice or shredd. Blend the blue cheese, mayo, and 2 tablespoons of water to make the dressing. Assemble the salad and pour the dressing over the chicken.
